Nestled on the lakefront in Mandeville, LA is Pat’s Rest A-While. This seafood restaurant is under the care of Chef Pat Gallagher. The client was very fun to work with - I got to get my hands on branding, menus, print ads and merch. At Pat’s is a cozy little bar called Sophie’s Tavern which added the extra fun of a mini brand redesign on top of the main restaurant.
